DELIVERY AND PAYMENT GUIDELINES
Kindly take note of the following:
- Same day Pick up is only applicable to Sta. Ana branch pickup. Monday to Saturday 830am to 330pm.
- We may also arrange Pasig store pickup. (3 days lead time). Kindly inform us through the Special Instructions section upon checkout. Pasig store pick-up is from 9am to 3pm only Wednesday to Saturday.
- Online discounts and Coupon Codes are only valid if you buy from www.jasamfloral.com
- Please note that only one promotion can be applied per order. If you enter a coupon code, you will not be eligible for free shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
- For orders outside of Metro Manila, kindly choose In-Store Pickup as shipping method. We will contact you regarding shipping method options.
- FYI, most delivery/shipping services do not allow any liquid and aerosol products - kindly book your own courier service or inform us of freight forwarding company of choice.
- For pick-up, customer should book the courier service of choice.
- When you complete a Buy Online, Pick-Up In-Store order, you'll receive an email and or text message when your order is ready. Cut off for same day order is 1pm. Orders received after 1pm will be scheduled the next day.
- Provide your mobile number to receive a text alert when your order is ready for pickup.
- If payment is not received within 7 calendar days, orders will be automatically cancelled. If you need to extend your order pick up window, please contact us at 09175310599
- Payment may be made via PayPal, Gcash, Bank deposit or Payment upon pick-up. For payment upon pick-up, giving the exact amount is encouraged and appreciated.
