RETURNS & REFUNDS FAQ

 We accept returns and exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. Due to the nature of floral sundries, items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. 


You must report any issues (damaged items or missing pieces) via our 

Website Contact Form or email within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Required Information: To facilitate efficient handling, customers must provide:

1. Full Name and Contact Details

2. Invoice or Transaction Number or Order Number and Date of Purchase

3. Clear Photos or Videos of the product (especially for damaged or incorrect items)

4. A brief description of the issue.


Yes. For the protection of both the buyer and the seller, we strictly implement a "No Unboxing Video, No Refund" policy for all fragile items and floral supplies. Please ensure the video starts before the courier pouch/box is opened and clearly shows the shipping label. 


Under DTI guidelines, "Change of Mind" is not a valid reason for return or refund. We encourage you to review your cart carefully before checking out. 


 Once your return is approved and the item is inspected, we will process your refund.

  • Payments via GCash/Maya/Bank Transfer: 1–3 working days.
  • Paypal/Credit Card: 5–10 working days (depending on your bank's policy).
  • Store Credit: Issued immediately as a voucher code.


 

  • If the error is ours (wrong item/defective), jasamfloralsundries will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other DTI-approved returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee.
