Yes. For the protection of both the buyer and the seller, we strictly implement a "No Unboxing Video, No Refund" policy for all fragile items and floral supplies. Please ensure the video starts before the courier pouch/box is opened and clearly shows the shipping label.
Under DTI guidelines, "Change of Mind" is not a valid reason for return or refund. We encourage you to review your cart carefully before checking out.
Once your return is approved and the item is inspected, we will process your refund.
