WORKSHOP REGISTRATION FORM

FLORAL DESIGN ESSENTIALS

 Workshop Registration and Participation

  • Registration: All participants must register individually before the workshop. Only registered participants are allowed in the workshop area.
  • Payment: Full payment is required in advance. This is necessary because we order fresh materials specifically for each participant, and these items are perishable. We place orders at least 3 days before the workshop and purchase the materials 1 day before to ensure freshness.   If a separate reservation fee was not paid, and only full payment is made, the equivalent of 20% of the full workshop fee will be considered the non-refundable reservation fee for cancellation purposes.

Cancellation and Refunds:

  • 30+ days prior: Full refund.
  • 20-29 days prior: Full refund minus the non-refundable reservation fee (equivalent to 20% of the full workshop fee if a separate reservation fee was not paid).
  • 15-19 days prior: Full credit towards another class.
  • 7-14 days prior: 60% credit towards another class.
  • Less than 7 days prior: No refunds.
  • Payment not received 5 days prior: The equivalent of 20% of the full workshop fee will be forfeited as the non-refundable reservation fee.
  • Workshop Reschedule by Organizers: In the event that the class is rescheduled for any reason and a participant is unable to attend the new date, a full refund will be provided.  

Missed Classes and Materials

  • Substitute Attendees: If you are unable to attend the workshop, you are welcome to send a substitute in your place for the entire program. Please notify us at least one day in advance, and ensure your substitute brings a government-issued ID. Substitution is only permitted for the complete workshop; you cannot send someone in your place for individual missed days.
  • Materials for Missed Classes (No Substitute): If you cannot attend any part of the workshop and are unable to send a substitute for the entire workshop, you can arrange to have all the materials allotted to you delivered via Lalamove or Grab at your own expense or have it picked up.
  • Materials for Subsequent Missed Days: If you attend the first day but miss the second day and/or any succeeding days of the workshop (whether you notify us or not), you can arrange to collect your remaining allotted materials at your own expense.
  • Rescheduling Make-up Classes:
    If a make-up class is offered for a missed session, and you wish to reschedule it to a date outside of our regularly scheduled make-up options, a separate fee will apply. This rescheduled session will be subject to instructor availability. You have the option to join an existing group workshop (if available) or request a personalized one-on-one session. The applicable fees for either option will be provided to you upon request.

Other Important Information

  • Payment Confirmation: Please send proof of payment via Viber or WhatsApp to 09175310599. Upon receipt of your full payment, we will send you a confirmation via email and text message.
  • Workshop Guidelines: You will receive an email and/or a text/Viber/WhatsApp message containing important workshop guidelines at least 3 days before the workshop, including what to bring and what to wear etc. Please reply to the message to confirm that you have received and understood the information.
  • Registration Priority: Enrollment in the workshop is secured on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by the order in which full payment is received.
  • Conduct: The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the workshop venue, any individual who is intoxicated or engaging in behavior deemed harmful or harassing towards other participants or the premises.
  • Recording:  Video recording of the entire workshop session is strictly prohibited. Recording specific activities is permitted only with the instructor's explicit approval, provided that:
    • The recording process does not disrupt the flow of the class or disturb fellow students.
    • The faces of the instructor and other participants are not captured, unless they have given their express consent.
    • The instructor reserves the right to request the deletion of any recordings made without permission, those that violate privacy, or those deemed inappropriate.

Assumption of Risk, Liability Waiver, and Medical Information

By participating in the flower arranging workshop (the "Class"), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • A. Assumption of Risk: You understand that flower arranging classes involve inherent risks, including the possibility of physical injury. You voluntarily accept all risks, known or unknown, associated with your participation.
  • B. Release and Waiver of Liability: You, on behalf of yourself, your heirs, and legal representatives, release and hold harmless the organizers of the Class, including its affiliates, instructors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, venue owners, and any associated individuals or entities (collectively, the "Organizers") from any and all claims related to any loss, damage, injury, or harm, including death, that may occur due to your participation.
  • C. Medical Fitness and Responsibility: You confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in the Class activities. You are responsible for informing the organizers of any medical conditions that may affect your participation. You agree to take full responsibility for your health and well-being during the Class.
  • D. Emergency Medical Treatment: In an emergency, you consent to receive any necessary medical treatment provided by the instructor or venue personnel. You are responsible for any costs associated with such treatment.
  • E. Photography and Media Release: You grant permission to the Organizers to use any photos, videos, or recordings taken during the Class for promotional, marketing, and documentation purposes without compensation or further approval.
